Making a difference
This interactive workshop is designed to empower team leaders with practical skills and strategies for fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment. You will learn about building an environment of trust and accountability, aligning team vision and roles, and leading effectively across generational lines. You will also learn how to provide meaningful feedback that fosters development and navigate difficult conversations constructively. You will explore essential elements of effective leadership and gain tools to motivate diverse teams towards shared goals.

Assembling a group of intelligent individuals doesn’t guarantee a high-performing team. In fact, many teams often operate at the level of their least effective member, or worse, are beset by conflicts that not only undermine performance, but also create unhealthy relationships that scare away good people. To address this, the Team Effectiveness Programme (TEP) is designed to guide leaders and their teams to align on a shared purpose and vision. The programme also establishes team guidelines, summarised as V3R – Vision, Rules, Roles, and Relationships – to set the foundation for cohesion. It can also create shared understanding of key workplan focus, or even create a Team / Organisation Strategy Articulation Map from scratch.
